Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the autoelite60.co.uk website and any services booked through us. By using the site or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.

Quotes are based on the information you provide and a visual inspection where possible. If additional work or parts are required once the job is underway, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Workshop bookings are by appointment. We may request a deposit for larger jobs (e.g. conversions, gearbox work). Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled start date.

Payment is due on collection unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and card. Late payment may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

Vehicles are left at the owner's risk. We take reasonable care but cannot accept liability for items of value left in the vehicle. Vehicles uncollected more than 14 days after completion may incur storage fees.

New parts fitted by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Labour is warranted for 12 months against defects in workmanship, subject to fair use and proper servicing.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the work.
